Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and accepting delivery of any products from PEPCORE (“Products”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not purchase, use, or handle PEPCORE Products.

Use of Products

PEPCORE supplies Products solely for laboratory research purposes. These Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, nor for use in food, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, or any commercial application.

You acknowledge and agree that:

PEPCORE Products have not been tested for safety or efficacy in any application outside laboratory research.
You will handle, test, store, and use all Products as a trained professional and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Any material created using PEPCORE Products will not be adulterated or misbranded as defined under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, nor introduced into interstate commerce in violation of Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, PEPCORE Products may not appear on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory. You are solely responsible for ensuring TSCA compliance where applicable.
You will inform all personnel under your supervision of the potential hazards associated with handling these Products.

Resale, Distribution & Export

Products purchased from PEPCORE are intended only for your direct laboratory use. You agree not to market, distribute, resell, or export any Product for any purpose. Any unauthorized redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

Patent Disclaimer

The listing or sale of any Product by PEPCORE does not grant or imply any license under existing patents. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any Product does not infringe upon third‑party intellectual property rights.

Governing Law & Disputes

All disputes related to your order, the Products, or these Terms will be governed by the laws of the state in which PEPCORE is registered, excluding conflict‑of‑law principles. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial for any dispute arising under these Terms.

Indemnity & Insurance

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PEPCORE, its employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Your use or misuse of the Products
Your breach of these Terms
Any negligent, reckless, or unlawful conduct

You are responsible for maintaining any insurance necessary for your research activities.

Ethical Research Mandate

PEPCORE supports research conducted within proper regulatory and ethical frameworks. Research involving mammals is strictly prohibited.

FDA Disclaimer

Statements on the PEPCORE website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. PEPCORE Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption.

Purity Disclaimer

PEPCORE guarantees 99% purity for all research peptides based on industry‑standard analytical methods. Due to normal testing variability, actual purity may fall within an acceptable deviation of up to ±2%.

Payment Processing Disclaimer
